Key duties: Invoicing travel arrangements, matching invoices with purchase orders, liaising with key suppliers Sorting and distributing incoming post faxes Dispatching mail, arranging couriers. Meeting visitors. Ordering stationery. General filing /photocopying. Key skills: Organized and methodical Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines Willingness to support reservations staff Team player Ability to pay close attention to detail On the job training will be provided. Previous office admin experience gained in a customer service environment advantageous. Good knowledge of MS Office preferred. Candidates must have a clear speaking voice/professional telephone manner. CRS experience or travel industry background preferred. Mon to Fri 37.5 hours per week - rotating shift pattern from 0830 to 1830.
